I am Steven DeSalvo, a graduate of the University of Delaware, with a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Business Management. This is where I learned the essentials of fine dining service, and honed my skills in a professional kitchen. I have worked in the kitchen at Fascino (New Jersey Magazine Top 25) in my hometown of Montclair, New Jersey. Cooking is my passion and I have been doing it since I was six years old. I look forward to sharing my passion with you, my clients, on the plate!
